Transplant Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, whose mission is to assist transplant patients in need, educate the community on the importance of organ donation and fund transplant research.

It was established in 1987 by a group of thankful transplant recipients wanting to contribute funds toward research and has grown into the best form of itself—the only private, patient-geared transplant organization in South Florida.

In February 2007, our 'Donate Organs. Pass it On.' Florida specialty license plate debuted. For just $25 above your registration fees, you can showcase the organ donor awareness message on your car and do your part to spread the word.
